I wrote various business plans and project concepts as a partner of the following limited liability companies:

Rossmann Feinelectric GmbH, Gauting/Munich, 1963-1968. Products mainly transformators and 3-phase AC motors

FTS Foerdertechnik Sonntag GmbH, active 2003 - 2006. Products were sensorised forklifts.

PI Patent Interconsulting GmbH, 2003 - 2008. Innovation of the Bionic Saw, see below. Another example is the wirestretcher which I got patented, innovated, manufactured (in Slovenia), and marketed 2003 - 2006, its origine had been within the IFIAT project wirestretcher. Also I provided my service of marketing presentations in the internet for microsystems and MEMS components, see results at URL of VDI/VDE-IT

In 2009 all my business activities have been finished.

Bionic Saw

Inventor Christoph Rossmann has developed the bionic saw. The new sawing technology applies a new form of cutting and raking teeth. These "beaver teeth" enable unprecedented smooth cutting, and produce exceptionally plain surfaces. The cutting teeth first separate the fibre on the left and right side, then the raking teeth take out the separated parts.

USPs of the new bionic saw would allow for immediate commercial benefits for the user. The energy needed is remarkably reduced, corresponding to the beaver who can fell a tree with 12 Watt. Extended sharpness durability is unique. The surface of the wood is proven to be much smoother in comparison to cuts from all other saws available. That way the user can save a lot of working steps like planing, polishing or even varnishing. Precision of positioning cuts is improved. It will save a lot of money for industry and handicraft. Oil is almost not needed at all, and safety enhanced in a way, which is structurally impossible for all other types of saws.

Reduced energy consumption makes battery driven chainsaws meaningful. The result is an unprecedented, very handy tool. It will establish a market area all of its own. It will be the “cutting edge” of saws: The prototype, when given to carpenters, gardeners etc. created an immediate demand, and a readiness to pay a much higher price than for all other types of saws. The form is not easy to manufacture, and further investment is required.
